Rental Procedures

1. Visit our shops and get yourself fitted the clothing required.

2. You will be issued a Rental Invoice upon confirmation of renting our clothing.

3. Your rented clothing will be ready for pick-up from our shops within 2 to 24 hours, after alterations and steam pressing.

4. You will have to return the rented clothing to our shops by the agreed time & date. Additional charges will apply for late returns.

Rental Terms

1. Rental cost depends on the suit and on the duration required. 

2. Additional charges apply for alterations.

3. We rent our products in good condition. Returns are expected in the same good condition, failing which dry-cleaning charges, repair charges or replacement charges apply. Refundable security deposits may be forfeited if returns are found damaged or with stains.

Payments

1. Rental charges must be paid upon rental confirmation. Payments can be made by Cash, Major Credit Cards, Nets or by PayNow.

2. A refundable security deposit is required for rentals. We charge 5% Security deposits paid by Major Credit Cards and SG$5 for security deposits paid by Nets. No charges apply for security deposits paid by Cash. All security deposits will be refunded by Cash only upon returns.

The required security deposits are as follows:

– SG$250 for a Suit or a Suit Package Deal

– SG$50 for a Shirt or Trouser or Waistcoat

3. Strictly No refund(s) for any cancelled orders.
